Q. How long will Bolt last?

A. The lithium ion battery inside Bolt will withstand a minimum of 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when the battery goes from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 20% to 100% does not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%. After 500 cycles the battery may hold less than 75% of its original capacity. This is typical with any product that uses a lithium ion battery.

A. Yes. BOLT can handle 100-240v.

A. The output we are using is 5V/1A in order to make the device as small as possible.

Q. If my phone/device battery is dead, what will Bolt charge first?

A. When plugged in, BOLT will automatically check to see if a USB device is connected. If the device is connected and has a low/dead battery BOLT will charge the USB device before its own internal battery. This gives users a dedicated device charge primarily and will automatically switch over to charge BOLT's internal battery secondarily.
